Cancellation Policies

Flexible — 3 days 

Guarantee: A percentage of the total reservation cost will be charged at the time of booking (50%). A credit card is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged 24 hours before your arrival date. Taxes and fees are included. 

Cancellation: This reservation is fully refundable. Cancel for free until 3 days before the arrival date at 12:00 AM local time. After the free cancellation window ends, the following fee schedule applies: If you cancel within 3 days of arrival, you will forfeit all previous charges and will not be charged any additional fees. No-Shows will be processed the same as cancellations.



Strictly non-refundable

Cancellation: Refunds will not be issued in the event of a cancellation.

Guarantee: A fixed amount ($500) will be charged per accommodation, per night at the time of booking. A credit card is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged 24 hours before your arrival date. Taxes and fees are not included. 

Cancellation: This reservation is fully refundable. Cancel for free until 48 hours before the arrival date at 12:00 AM local time. After the free cancellation window ends, the following fee schedule applies: If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival, you will forfeit all previous charges and will not be charged any additional fees. No-Shows will be processed the same as cancellations.
